MUNCHOR — PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Munchor ("Munchor," "we," "us," or "our")
collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Munchor mobile app and
related services, including SRVD (our marketplace for food professionals and
businesses), Food Hall (ordering from local kitchens), Events (food events and
ticketing), and Munchor Market (together, the "Services"). By using the
Services, you agree to this Policy.

We do NOT use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites,
and we do NOT sell your personal information or use it for third-party
advertising.


1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide
  - Account & contact information: your name or username, email address, and,
    when you place an order for delivery, your physical (delivery) address.
  - Content you create: photos, videos, captions, reviews, comments, profile
    details, and other content you post to the feed, SRVD, Events, or your food
    journal.
  - Messages: the content of direct messages and order/vendor chats you send
    through the Services.
  - Payment information: when you buy, sell, or accept payments, payment details
    are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Munchor does
    not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically
  - Precise location: with your permission, we use your device location to show
    nearby food, kitchens, events, and map features, and to personalize what you
    see.
  - Identifiers: an account/user ID, and a device identifier used to deliver
    push notifications.
  - Purchase history: records of orders, tickets, and transactions you make.
  - Usage data: product-interaction data such as views, likes, saves, and taps,
    used to operate and personalize the Services.


2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

  - To provide the Services (app functionality): authenticate your account,
    show and deliver food, process orders and payments, enable messaging, host
    events, and send transactional notifications.
  - To personalize your experience (product personalization): recommend food,
    creators, vendors, and events relevant to you and your location.
  - To keep the Services safe: prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and moderate
    content.


3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We share information only as needed to run the Services:
  - Other users: content you post publicly (posts, profile, reviews) and order
    details shared with the vendor or organizer you transact with.
  - Service providers acting on our behalf, including: Stripe (payments and
    payouts), Supabase (secure hosting and database), Google Maps (maps and
    places), Resend (email delivery), and Apple / Google / Expo (app delivery
    and push notifications).
  - Legal reasons: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights,
    safety, and security.
  - Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of
    assets.


4. YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS

  - Access, correction, and deletion: you can edit your profile in the app, and
    you may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us
    (see below). You can delete your account, which removes your profile and
    associated personal data, subject to records we must retain by law.
  - Location & notifications: you can turn off location access or push
    notifications in your device settings at any time.
  - Regional rights: depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under
    GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights,
    including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or
    "sharing." We do not sell your data.


5. DATA RETENTION

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed
to provide the Services, then delete or de-identify it, except where longer
retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.


6. SECURITY

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access
controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is
100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


7. CHILDREN

Munchor is rated 17+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required
in your country). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us
and we will delete it.


8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the
Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be
transferred to and processed in the U.S.


9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the
"Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
